Short bio:
I am an associate in the Dispute Resolution team. I advise clients on a broad range of contentious property and commercial matters.
In my property work I advise on issues arising from ownership of land to rights of way, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes and adverse possession. I undertake work for both commercial and residential property acting for both landlords and tenants. I particularly enjoy advising on matters in relation to residential property.
In my commercial work I specialise in contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and general business disputes. I generally undertake work for directors or shareholders.
I enjoy the technical aspects of my work and I strive to achieve the best outcome for my clients in the most cost-effective way.
