Short bio:
I am a partner in the Property Dispute Resolution team.
I have particular experience and expertise in contentious property matters acting for landlords and tenants of commercial and residential property and advising individuals and companies on all aspects of property and real estate litigation including lease renewals (both contested and uncontested) under the provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954; breach of covenant including forfeiture and dilapidations claims; boundary disputes; adverse possession claims; claims relating to interference with property rights; possession claims and management issues in leasehold property.
I also provide advice on matters arising out of contracts with a property element such as option agreements, promotion agreements and overage agreements will advise on professional negligence claims against property professionals.
My clients range from private individuals through to large multi-national companies and anything in between. I really enjoy getting to the heart of a technical legal issue and take pleasure in getting the right result for the client.
