I am a senior associate in the Agriculture team.
I deal with a wide range of property-related agricultural matters, from sales and purchases of farms and land to re-financing, easements, tenancies, and partnerships.
I have experience of a wide variety of agricultural transactions and bring a positive attitude and desire to find a way to achieve a successful outcome for the client.
I am part of a farming family and have close connections with the agricultural community. I am also a member of the Agricultural Law Association and CLA.
I am based in Cheltenham

- Receiving various instructions from a client including sale of land, Deed of Easement, refinancing and which culminated in the sale of his dairy farm.
- Purchase of a high value Cotswold house and land which required careful drafting of covenants imposed on retained land and completing an FBT.
