Lodders strengthens probate offering with new hire

Lodders is delighted to have appointed probate specialist Alexandra Fawkner as a solicitor in the Private Client team.

Alexandra qualified at local law firm Thomas Flavell and then spent three years at a law firm in Cambridgeshire. Specialising in probate, as well as wills, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney and trusts, she is also an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently working towards full membership.

Speaking about her appointment, Alexandra said:

“I’m confident that working alongside such an experienced team will help me deepen my expertise in complex matters and broaden my exposure to other areas of private client work.”

Alexandra also has a strong interest in technology and hopes to bring fresh insight into how digital processes can be used to help benefit clients.

She will be based at our Stratford office, assisting private clients in matters relating to wills and estate administration, as well as working across the firm’s other regional offices.
