Short bio:
I am a partner in Lodders’ Business Services group.
I specialise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), complex re-organisations, private equity transactions, buy-outs, joint ventures, equity investments, and a range of financial and commercial matters. I have over 20 years’ of legal experience, mostly in private practice, but also including two years in-house as General Counsel of a Midlands based leisure company. Before joining Lodders, I led the corporate law team within one of the Big Four accountancy/multi-disciplinary practices in Birmingham. My clients tend to be privately owned businesses, corporates, funders, and high net worth individuals.
