Short bio:
I am a partner in our Business Services Group and head of Corporate.
I joined Lodders in April 2025 after 18 years at a regional law firm, where I was a partner and head of the corporate team, advising business owners and SMEs on all types of transactions.
In my role at Lodders, I will be working closely with Graham Spalding and the corporate team on merger and acquisition activity and complex corporate reorganisations, acting predominantly for privately owned businesses and entrepreneurs.
I am also a Board Member of the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.
I work across the Stratford upon Avon and BIrmingham offices
