Short bio:

I am a partner and head of our Business Services group.

I advise clients on buying and selling companies, raising finance, general corporate matters, and their commercial contracts. I have a specialist interest in corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. I enjoy working with business owners who are developing their businesses or going through material change, and I also work with fund providers.

I have always worked in the law, after seeing if tennis was a career – it wasn’t!

I am based in Stratford upon Avon and Birmingham
