Short bio:
I am a senior associate in the Business Services group.
I have particular expertise in company and business sales and purchases, company restructures, shareholders agreements, articles of association and shareholding matters as well as a range of other corporate work. I provide advice on banking and facility documentation. I also advise property developer clients on the corporate aspects of the set up and running of the corporate elements of the development sites and related articles of association.
I have acted for a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, nursing care, healthcare, veterinary services, child day care and travel and leisure industries and professional services.
Although I am not a trustee, I regularly support Bliss, a charity dedicated to offering help and support to premature and sick babies and their families.
