Short bio:
I am a corporate solicitor specialising in M&As, MBOs, restructuring and share buybacks. I enjoy working with clients on a wide variety of transactions.
Before joining Lodders in January 2025, I completed a trainee solicitor contract with a firm based across Nottingham and Leicester. Prior to this, I worked in construction, transportation & logistics, manufacturing & warehousing, and coaching. I am also a former professional ice hockey player. I played in Belarus and Canada. In the UK, I played varsity ice hockey for the University of Nottingham and Northumbria.
I can speak English, Russian and Belarussian.
I am based in Birmingham
