Short bio:
I am a Senior Associate, Solicitor-Advocate in the Dispute Resolution team. I advise clients in a wide range of matters relating to property, ranging from neighbour and boundary disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, disputes relating to restrictive covenants and easements, rights of way, eviction of squatters and travellers, beneficial interest claims, forfeiture, adverse possession, and advising on proprietary estoppel claims.
I undertake work from individual homeowners to owners of large parcels of land, developers, and commercial landlords. I enjoy working with my clients and achieving a great result.
I started my career as a receptionist at a high street firm, which then progressed to a secretarial role full time, whilst completing my studies part time, over seven years. I also have my higher rights of audience which enables me to represent clients in all Courts in England and Wales and I am chair of Coventry & Warwickshire First.
I am based in Stratford upon Avon
