We’re seeking a Legal Executive to join our Private Client team in our Stratford upon Avon office.
Job purpose and key tasks for the role:
Working as part of a specialised, dedicated trust and tax team you will provide professional advice to a number of high net-worth individuals. Ideally, you will have experience in interpreting, drafting trust documents and ideally some trust administration experience as this will form the majority of the workload alongside probate, wills, and general private client work.
Knowledge, education, and experience:
- Motivated and driven
- Ideally CILEX qualified
- STEP qualification is an advantage
- A knowledge of tax rates and taxation of trusts and estates would be a benefit
- Desire to progress and continually develop skills
- Excellent case management skills
- Ability to provide clear and focused advice
- Willing to strengthen client relationships and build new ones
