Lodders makes six promotions across the firm

Lodders has announced promotions across its Real Estate, Private Client, and People teams. 

In Lodders’ top-ranking Real Estate group, Laura Taylor has been promoted to Legal Director. Laura is also head of the firm’s New Homes team and specialises in residential development set up and plot sales for housebuilder clients. The Real Estate group has also promoted Helen Ludlow to Senior Paralegal and Renee Norwood to Paralegal.

In the award-winning Private Client team, Helena Moore is promoted to Associate and Charley Walker to Paralegal.

In Lodders’ People team, Emma Phillips is promoted to Senior HR Manager.

“In the Real Estate group, I am particularly proud of Laura Taylor’s promotion to Legal Director. Since joining the firm as a secretary in 2003, she has built an outstanding career with Lodders, playing a key role in the growth of our New Homes team whilst consistently delivering exceptional service to clients. Renee is also a key member of the New Homes team, providing vital support across its work, while Helen is a highly experienced practitioner with responsibility for a wide range of residential conveyancing matters.”

Louise Igoe, partner and head of the Private Client team, added: “Helena has established herself as a trusted adviser within our Private Client team, particularly to farming and agricultural business-owning families. Charley is also an invaluable member of the department, and we are delighted to promote her to Paralegal. We look forward to seeing both Helena and Charley continue to develop and thrive with the firm.”
