Short bio:
I’m a legal director in the Corporate team, primarily supporting SMEs and owner-managed businesses with buying or selling companies, restructuring shareholdings and group structures, or securing investment. A key part of my role is problem-solving, removing obstacles that could delay or derail transactions. I find it incredibly rewarding to work closely with clients and other professional advisors to resolve issues as they arise and keep deals moving forward, whatever the corporate matter may be.
Every transaction is unique, just like the individuals I have the privilege of working with. My focus is on understanding the motivations behind each deal and assessing risk proportionately, so I can deliver the best possible outcomes for my clients and the businesses they are building, buying, growing, or selling.
Outside of work, I’m a keen golfer and a proud member of a local club. I’ve been playing for longer than I care to admit; in another life, I’d be travelling the world as a professional (if only my talent had matched my ambition!).
