Short bio:
I am a solicitor in Lodders’ Business Services group.
I enjoy working with our clients to help them through the process of developing their businesses, including through mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations and EMI schemes.
I have a background in litigation. My time acting for clients on contentious matters has given me a strong foundation to consider a range of issues and find pragmatic solutions that align with the client’s objective.
I also have an interest in advising not-for-profit clients and assist our Head of Charity Law to incorporate charities, and deal with mergers and restructuring.
I work across our Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham offices
